color: #000000;\">\u2022 <strong>Apprentissage de techniques psycho-corporelles<\/strong> (alternance de m\u00e9ditations en position assise, allong\u00e9e, debout, en mouvement, de travail corporel et de marche consciente ainsi que des pratiques informelles sur les modes attentionnels).
