L&rsquo;atelier convient \u00e9galement \u00e0 ceux qui souhaitent approfondir ou revigorer leur pratique de m\u00e9ditation de\u00a0 pleine conscience, et aux professionnels de sant\u00e9 qui souhaitent appliquer la pleine conscience dans leur travail avec les autres.
