Situ\u00e9e entre le Grand Erg Occidental, au Nord, et le plateau du Tadema\u00eft, au Sud, elle est la principale oasis de la r\u00e9gion du Gourara.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><em>La ville construite au-dessus de la palmeraie est r\u00e9put\u00e9e pour la couleur ocre de ses constructions. Son architecture &#8211; berb\u00e8ro-soudanaise \u2013 typique de la r\u00e9gion \u2013 a inspir\u00e9 des villes du Sahel tels Tombouctou et Djenn\u00e9. Les plus importantes villes dans le style sont Adrar, Reggane, In Salah et Timimoun, toutes situ\u00e9es autour du plateau du Tadema\u00eft. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong><u>Le Programme<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un programme d\u00e9pos\u00e9 du Mindfulness Center de Brown University aux Etats-Unis, <strong>\u00a0<\/strong>bas\u00e9 sur le programme MBSR et condens\u00e9<br \/>\nen 5 jours\u00a0de s\u00e9minaire<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>r\u00e9sidentiel <strong>intensif <\/strong>: <strong>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Les Bases d\u2019une Vie en Pleine Conscience\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Il se d\u00e9roulera <\/strong>sous la forme d\u2019une alternance de pratiques formelles et informelles, afin de permettre une int\u00e9gration des outils dans notre quotidien.<br \/>\nIl comprendra \u00e9galement des expos\u00e9s th\u00e9oriques afin de poser les bases scientifiques qui sous-tendent la pratique.<br \/>\nDes retours sur exp\u00e9rience, sous forme de dialogues exploratoires permettront a\u0300 chacun d\u2019enrichir sa compr\u00e9hension.<br \/>\nNous utiliserons le cadre naturel inspirant pour y faire nos pratiques, en privil\u00e9giant les sessions en ext\u00e9rieur, avec des temps de silence.<\/p>\n<p>Quelques visites en r\u00e9sonnance avec le travail effectu\u00e9 sont pr\u00e9vues en fin de s\u00e9jour.<\/p>\n<p>La Pleine Conscience est un entra\u00eenement de l\u2019esprit sur la base de l\u2019ancrage dans le corps qui repr\u00e9sente le 1\u00b0 Fondement d\u2019\u00e9tablissement<br \/>\nde la Pleine Conscience. Des s\u00e9ances quotidiennes de yoga guid\u00e9es par Cathy Pawlik nous aideront \u00e0 \u00e9tablir cet ancrage.<br \/>\nLa \u00abMindfulness \/ Pleine Conscience\u00bb, telle que de\u0301crite par Jon Kabat-Zinn \u00e0 l\u2019origine du programme MBSR, est une qualite\u0301 fondamentale<br \/>\nde l\u2019e\u0302tre humain, qui consiste a\u0300 de\u0301velopper une pre\u0301sence attentive et ouverte quelles que soient nos expe\u0301riences, qu\u2019elles soient conside\u0301re\u0301es<br \/>\ncomme agre\u0301ables, de\u0301sagre\u0301ables ou neutres, et dans une perspective pre\u0301ventive et e\u0301ducative de gestion du stress et des e\u0301motions.
