class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><p><span style=\"color: #061e4f;\">Les termes de <strong>Mindfulness<\/strong> ou <strong>Pleine Conscience<\/strong> que l\u2019on retrouve de plus en plus sur les m\u00e9dias et les r\u00e9seaux sociaux peuvent \u00eatre per\u00e7us comme une nouvelle mode\u2026<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #061e4f;\">Et pourtant cela <strong>se r\u00e9f\u00e8re \u00e0 une tradition de sagesse qui a travers\u00e9 les si\u00e8cles<\/strong> et qui se trouve au c\u0153ur de ce que l\u2019on appelle \u00ab\u00a0la psychologie Bouddhiste\u00a0\u00bb ou encore \u00ab\u00a0la Science de l\u2019esprit et des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0 qui d\u00e9crypte la nature de l\u2019esprit et de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #061e4f;\">La Pleine Conscience est \u00e0 la fois une <strong>qualit\u00e9 naturelle de l\u2019esprit<\/strong> et une m\u00e9ditation du m\u00eame nom qui facilite son d\u00e9voilement et son renforcement.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #061e4f;\">C\u2019est ce que <strong>Jon Kabat-Zinn<\/strong> d\u00e9crit comme l\u2019aspect instrumental et non instrumental de la Pleine conscience qu\u2019il d\u00e9finit comme:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #061e4f;\"><em>\u00ab\u00a0La conscience qui \u00e9merge en posant son attention intentionnellement sur l\u2019instant pr\u00e9sent dans une attitude non jugeante\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #061e4f;\">A partir de cette sagesse ancestrale transmise depuis des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, sont n\u00e9s tr\u00e8s r\u00e9cemment les <strong>MBP ou \u00ab\u00a0Programmes Bas\u00e9s sur la Pleine Conscience\u00a0\u00bb,<\/strong> sur le mod\u00e8le de MBSR, fond\u00e9 par Jon Kabat-Zinn en 1979 au sein du centre hospitalier de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 du Massachusetts.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #061e4f;\"><strong>Le terme \u00ab\u00a0Bas\u00e9 sur\u2026\u00a0\u00bb est important et pointe le fait qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019une re-contextualisation la\u00efque des enseignements traditionnels<\/strong>, avec l\u2019apport d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments issus de la tradition occidentale, sous la forme de protocoles r\u00e9plicables, qui ont une tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 et qui de ce fait sont valid\u00e9s scientifiquement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #061e4f;\">Ainsi, <strong>le programme MBSR \u00ab<\/strong> R\u00e9duction du Stress Bas\u00e9 sur la Pleine Conscience \u00bb s\u2019appuie sur la structure de l&rsquo;enseignement des <strong><em>\u00ab\u00a0Quatre Fondements de l\u2019\u00c9tablissement de l\u2019Attention<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> en y int\u00e9grant des aspects de <strong>psychologie et de physiologie du stress,<\/strong> <strong>d\u2019\u00e9ducation exp\u00e9rientielle<\/strong>, de <strong>communication<\/strong>, de <strong>dynamique de groupe<\/strong>\u2026<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #061e4f;\"><strong>Le programme MBCT<\/strong> \u00ab\u00a0Th\u00e9rapie Cognitive Bas\u00e9e sur la Pleine Conscience\u00a0\u00bb, qui fait partie de la <strong>3\u00b0 vague des TCC<\/strong> introduit des exercices sp\u00e9cifiques aux th\u00e9rapies cognitivo-comportementales en lien avec <strong>la pr\u00e9vention des rechutes d\u00e9pressives<\/strong>.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #061e4f;\">Puis d\u2019autres programmes se sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s sur des aspects sp\u00e9cifiques, implicitement pr\u00e9sents dans MBSR, comme <strong>la communication<\/strong>, le d\u00e9veloppement de <strong>la compassion<\/strong>, l<strong>a relation \u00e0 la nourriture<\/strong>&#8230;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #061e4f;\">Ces programmes sont soumis \u00e0 la recherche scientifique qui s\u2019est consid\u00e9rablement d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e depuis le d\u00e9but de ce mill\u00e9naire, avec l\u2019arriv\u00e9e des <strong>neurosciences<\/strong>, qui ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 la <strong>plasticit\u00e9 c\u00e9r\u00e9brale<\/strong>.
