Ainsi, du fait de cette interaction, le comportement humain individuel et collectif a \u00e9galement un grand impact sur l\u2019environnement et ceux qui y vivent.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9velopper la Pleine Conscience Interpersonnelle permet d&rsquo;\u00eatre plus pr\u00e9sent.e et attentif.ve aux autres comme \u00e0 soi-m\u00eame.<br \/>\nLe Programme de Pleine Conscience Interpersonnelle (IMP) vise \u00e0 combler le foss\u00e9 entre la vie quotidienne et la m\u00e9ditation formelle en mettant l\u2019accent sur la Pleine Conscience dans la relation. Nous explorerons les racines du stress interpersonnel et les possibilit\u00e9s de lib\u00e9ration et de transformation, dans la reconnaissance d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience humaine partag\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>IMP est bas\u00e9 sur la pratique du Dialogue Conscient et du programme MBSR en 8 semaines dont il suit la structure. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u par Phyllis Hicks et Florence M\u00e9l\u00e9o-Meyer, enseignante et formatrice senior MBSR au CFM\/UMass, MC@B et maintenant au GMC, en collaboration avec Gregory Kramer<br \/>\nLa pratique du Dialogue Conscient, sur laquelle se base IMP, a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par Gregory Kramer et repose sur trois axes, la conscience m\u00e9ditative, les enseignements de psychologie bouddhiste et le pouvoir de la relation pour appr\u00e9hender la nature, la source et la lib\u00e9ration de la souffrance humaine. La pleine conscience, la stabilit\u00e9 mentale et le calme associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la m\u00e9ditation en silence sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s \u00e0 travers la communication et la relation \u00e0 l\u2019autre.<\/p>\n<p>La pratique repose sur 6 instructions pratiqu\u00e9es en m\u00e9ditation, en contemplation, et dans le dialogue conscient, invitant ainsi la sagesse du c\u0153ur\u00a0:<br \/>\n<em>Pause &#8211; D\u00e9tente &#8211; Ouverture &#8211; S\u2019accorder \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mergence &#8211; \u00c9coute profonde &#8211; et Parler vrai<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectifs d&rsquo;apprentissage<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Approfondir la pratique de la m\u00e9ditation de Pleine Conscience<\/li>\n<li>Apprendre \u00e0 s&rsquo;\u00e9couter et \u00e0 \u00e9couter les autres plus profond\u00e9ment, en d\u00e9veloppant une plus grande aisance relationnelle, une meilleure connexion \u00e0 l\u2019autre et des capacit\u00e9s d\u2019empathie.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9velopper des comp\u00e9tences pour rester pr\u00e9sent.e dans les situations de communication, qu\u2019elles soient agr\u00e9ables ou d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables<\/li>\n<li>Reconna\u00eetre notre r\u00e9activit\u00e9 dans les interactions ainsi que nos sch\u00e9mas d\u2019habitude face au stress et \u00e0 l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 dans les relations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En effet, ce programme de 8 semaines offre aux participants la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;observer des habitudes mentales et \u00e9motionnelles qui sont difficiles \u00e0 percevoir dans le flux d&rsquo;une communication dans le quotidien. Les sch\u00e9mas r\u00e9actifs apparaissant plus clairement, comme lorsque nous sommes sous l\u2019influence de nos pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences, de nos aversions et de nos opinions\u00a0; des choix deviennent disponibles pour communiquer avec plus d&rsquo;habilet\u00e9. En d\u00e9veloppant plus d\u2019aisance et de confiance dans les relations, plut\u00f4t qu\u2019elles soient une source de souffrance, celles-ci peuvent devenir une source d&rsquo;\u00e9panouissement, de joie et de compassion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conditions pr\u00e9alables\/\u00c0 qui s\u2019adresse ce cycle<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Il est enseign\u00e9 par des instructeurs MBSR et MBCT qui ont suivi la formation sp\u00e9cifique d&rsquo;enseignant IMP, et s\u2019adresse aux personnes ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 suivi un programme MBSR, MBCT ou autre MBP, ou encore ayant une pratique \u00e9tablie de M\u00e9ditation de Pleine Conscience.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; De m\u00eame, si vous enseignez ou vous formez \u00e0 l&rsquo;enseignement d&rsquo;un Programme bas\u00e9 sur la Pleine Conscience de 8 semaines, vous trouverez peut-\u00eatre ce cycle particuli\u00e8rement utile \u00e0 votre pratique et \u00e0 vos comp\u00e9tences d&rsquo;enseignant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9roulement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le programme comprend une s\u00e9ance d\u2019Orientation, huit s\u00e9ances de deux heures et demie et une session d&rsquo;une journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque semaine, des pratiques \u00e0 domicile sont propos\u00e9es afin de permettre une int\u00e9gration dans la vie quotidienne et dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des situations rencontr\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Les s\u00e9ances comprennent des p\u00e9riodes de m\u00e9ditation silencieuse, de mouvements et de m\u00e9ditation interpersonnelle s\u2019appuyant sur des contemplations guid\u00e9es et des \u00e9changes en bin\u00f4me ou en groupes, nous permettant ainsi d\u2019exp\u00e9rimenter le pouvoir de la Pleine Conscience mutuellement \u00e9tablie.
