l\u2019\u00e9mergence des programmes \u00ab\u00a0Bas\u00e9s sur la Pleine Conscience\u00a0\u00bb, comme MBSR et MBCT, il peut \u00eatre particuli\u00e8rement b\u00e9n\u00e9fique de plonger \u00e0 la source de la Pleine Conscience, telle qu\u2019elle est d\u00e9finie et transmise dans le cadre de la tradition de la psychologie bouddhiste, avec \u00ab\u00a0Les Quatre Fondements de l\u2019Attention\u00a0\u00bb, ou \u00ab\u00a0Mahasatipathana Sutta\u00a0\u00bb, le Grand discours du Bouddha sur l\u2019\u00e9tablissement de la Pleine Conscience, appel\u00e9 aussi parfois \u00ab\u00a0Les Quatre Placements de l\u2019Attention\u00a0\u00bb\u2026<br \/>\nCes quatre domaines d\u2019exploration consistent en une v\u00e9ritable investigation de nos m\u00e9canismes, en partant du corps pour progressivement p\u00e9n\u00e9trer la nature des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes.<\/p>\n<p>Si ces enseignements et cette pratique venant des Sutras \/ Sutras sont toujours aussi percutants pour notre monde moderne, c\u2019est que cela fait appel \u00e0 l\u2019universalit\u00e9 de notre humanit\u00e9, quelle que soit l\u2019\u00e9poque, la culture ou la tradition spirituelle \u00e0 laquelle nous appartenons.<br \/>\nEn effet, l\u2019approche bouddhiste dont il est question ici est une approche holistique de l\u2019\u00eatre dans ses aspects philosophiques et psychologiques, d\u00e9nu\u00e9e de tout aspect religieux.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;approche<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La perception joue un r\u00f4le crucial dans notre relation au monde et aux autres, mais elle est la plupart du temps biais\u00e9e par nos conditionnements. Aussi, l\u2019exploration intime de ces quatre domaines peut nous permettre de d\u00e9velopper une vision claire et directe de notre exp\u00e9rience de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<br \/>\nCes quelques jours seront consacr\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude et \u00e0 la pratique, avec des m\u00e9ditations d\u2019int\u00e9gration du corps de l\u2019esprit et du c\u0153ur, en mettant l\u2019accent sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience directe des qualit\u00e9s naturelles de \u00ab\u00a0Pr\u00e9sence Attentive\u00a0\u00bb et de \u00ab\u00a0Pleine Conscience\u00a0\u00bb, \u00e0 travers les 4 domaines d\u2019exploration que sont le corps, les tonalit\u00e9s de ressentis, les \u00e9tats mentaux et les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes (ou r\u00e9alit\u00e9s limitantes et lib\u00e9ratrices qui se r\u00e9v\u00e8lent au cours de la pratique).<br \/>\nL\u2019attention au corps jouant un r\u00f4le crucial, nous serons \u00e9galement guid\u00e9s par Cathy Pawlik dans des mouvements m\u00e9ditatifs tr\u00e8s doux et tr\u00e8s soutenant pour l\u2019assise.<br \/>\nIl s\u2019agit d\u2019une exploration s\u2019appuyant sur les m\u00e9ditations de Shamata\/Vipassana qui consistent \u00e0 \u00e9tablir l\u2019esprit dans le calme gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des pratiques de concentration de l\u2019attention, puis \u00e0 \u00e9largir progressivement vers une conscience ouverte et claire.<br \/>\nAinsi cette retraite sera l\u2019occasion d\u2019explorer quelques facettes de cet enseignement tr\u00e8s vaste et cela pourra ensuite \u00eatre approfondi lors de retraites ult\u00e9rieures, en y introduisant d\u2019autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments\u2026<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9roulement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cette retraite est ouverte \u00e0 tous, bien que s\u2019adressant principalement \u00e0 des personnes ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 suivi un Programme Bas\u00e9 sur la Pleine Conscience ou ayant une pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re de la m\u00e9ditation. Un entretien pr\u00e9alable est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable pour des personnes novices qui souhaitent d\u00e9couvrir ces pratiques.<\/p>\n<p>La semaine se d\u00e9roulera avec le soutien du silence, dans une alternance de pratiques, avec des temps d\u2019enseignement et d\u2019entretiens individuels ou en petits groupes. Il y aura \u00e9galement des temps de travail contemplatif avec diverses activit\u00e9s de contribution \u00e0 la vie du centre, qui permettent d\u2019int\u00e9grer la Pleine Conscience dans des activit\u00e9s routini\u00e8res, renfor\u00e7ant ainsi la pratique informelle.<\/p>\n<p><em>La retraite se d\u00e9roulera en silence. Elle enseigne le yoga du Cachemire dans les Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es Orientales.
