Il est organis\u00e9 par l&rsquo;ADM et je le co-animerai avec Charlotte Borch-Jacobsen<\/p>\n<p>Cycle MBSR\u00a0 en ligne dans son format \u00ab MBSR-Live-Online \u00bb du MC@Brown, le \u00ab Mindfulness Center\/Brown University \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Pour toute demande d&rsquo;information <a href=\"https:\/\/ghamelet.com\/mindfulness\/contact\/\">prenez contact avec nous<\/a> !<\/p>\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/ghamelet.com\/mindfulness\/presentation-programme-mbsr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cycle MBSR<\/a> se compose d\u2019un entretien pr\u00e9alable, d\u2019une s\u00e9ance pr\u00e9paratoire d\u2019orientation, de 8 s\u00e9ances hebdomadaires et d\u2019une journ\u00e9e d\u2019approfondissement de la pratique de la pleine conscience.<\/p>\n<p>Le cycle MBSR en pr\u00e9sentiel fait partie du cursus de formation d\u2019instructeur MBSR, en tant que module pr\u00e9paratoire (ou d\u2019introduction) au s\u00e9minaire des Fondements \u2013 Module 1 du 1\u00b0 niveau d\u2019instructeur MBSR.<\/p>\n<p>Avoir particip\u00e9 \u00e0 ce programme ne permet pas d&rsquo;instruire le cycle MBSR.
