Mais cette disposition de l\u2019esprit demande \u00e0 \u00eatre cultiv\u00e9e afin qu\u2019une qualit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9sence attentive puisse se maintenir au fil de nos exp\u00e9riences. Cela s\u2019effectue gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un travail soutenu de l\u2019attention avec des m\u00e9ditations appropri\u00e9es qui d\u00e9veloppent le calme mental, la concentration, le discernement et la r\u00e9ceptivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Cet entra\u00eenement de l\u2019attention a \u00e9t\u00e9 codifi\u00e9 dans un enseignement de la psychologie Bouddhiste qui constitue un chemin d\u2019exploration de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience humaine, \u00e0 partir de quatre domaines d\u2019investigation sous le nom des \u00ab Quatre Fondements de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement de la Pleine Conscience \u00bb, ou encore \u00ab Quatre placements de l\u2019attention \u00bb, dont nous retrouvons l\u2019essence et la structure au c\u0153ur du programme MBSR.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La Pleine Conscience du corps, ou\u00a0conscience incarn\u00e9e permettant de voir les jeux de l\u2019esprit<\/li>\n<li>La Pleine Conscience des tonalit\u00e9s de ressenti<\/li>\n<li>La Pleine Conscience des \u00e9tats mentaux : Pens\u00e9es\/\u00e9motions<\/li>\n<li>La Pleine conscience des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes\/de la nature de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La Pleine conscience du corps ou \u00ab\u00a0conscience incarn\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb nous donne un ancrage somatique dans l\u2019ici et maintenant permettant de proc\u00e9der aux autres investigations et elle sera abord\u00e9e dans diff\u00e9rentes sections.<\/p>\n<p>Ces ateliers se d\u00e9roulent en ligne sur des sessions de 2h essentiellement centr\u00e9es sur la pratique, avec des temps d\u2019explications et d\u2019\u00e9changes.
